2.)Then fill out all the information for your account. (They will not spam you)
3.)Confirm your Email Address
There you go, you just made your PrizeRebel Account and you are about ready to earn your Free Prizes.

Step 2: Offers/Surveys

Once you have created your account then go to Offers. After you clicked on the Offer link it should bring you to a page of Offers. Then click on USA Cell Phone Offers which is right under the offer button you clicked on. (near the top) There will be a bunch of Cell Phone offers. Do the ones with the most points,
