Step 2: Offers/Surveys

Once you have created your account then go to Offers. After you clicked on the Offer link it should bring you to a page of Offers. Then click on USA Cell Phone Offers which is right under the offer button you clicked on. (near the top) There will be a bunch of Cell Phone offers. Do the ones with the most points,
(NOTE:WHEN YOU DO THEM  YOU WILL  RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE, THEN REPLY WITH A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING STOP SO YOU DON'T GET CHARGED)
